1. Introduction

1.1 Purpose. These Terms outline the rules, guidelines, and policies concerning eligibility, registration, gameplay, rewards, intellectual property, liability, dispute resolution, and other aspects of your engagement with the App.

1.2 Scope. These Terms operate alongside our Privacy Policy and any supplementary rules or policies that may be introduced from time to time. Continued use of the App signifies acceptance of any revisions.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your region to participate.

2.2 Legal Compliance. Participation is restricted to jurisdictions where such contests are legally permitted. You are responsible for ensuring your participation complies with all relevant laws.

3. Registration and Account Security

3.1 Registration. You must provide accurate, current, and complete details during registration.

3.2 Account Integrity. You may only create one account. Duplicate accounts or provision of false details may result in suspension or termination.

4. Participation and Gameplay

4.1 Game Format. PesoKing features skill-based contests governed by official rules, schedules, and formats published within the App.

4.2 Fair Play. Any form of cheating, unauthorized tool usage, or misconduct affecting gameplay integrity is prohibited and may lead to disqualification.

5. Prizes, Rewards, and Winner Selection

5.1 Prize Structure. All rewards ("Rewards") are defined in the App at the time of the contest. The displayed descriptions are final.

5.2 Winner Selection: (a) Winning criteria are set solely by PesoKing; (b) In the event of a tie, winners may be chosen randomly among top scorers; (c) We reserve the right to award prizes based on our discretion, regardless of leaderboard position.

5.3 Reward Modification: PesoKing reserves the right to adjust reward amounts and prize structures at any time.

5.4 Reward Source: Prize money is derived from the total amount collected by the company, subject to deductions such as taxes, payment gateway charges, or other applicable fees.

5.5 Disbursement Timeline: Rewards will be transferred to winners' verified bank accounts within seven business days after successful verification.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Fees and Charges. Entry fees and in-app purchases are subject to applicable taxes and are securely processed.

6.2 Refunds. All transactions are considered final. Refunds may be issued only in specific circumstances at our discretion.

6.3 Tax Policy. Users are responsible for adhering to local tax regulations. In accordance with the Income Tax Act, 1961, a TDS of 30% will be deducted from Net Winnings (NW) upon withdrawal.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Ownership. All content, design, and software within the App are owned or licensed by PesoKing.

7.2 User Content. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for promotional or administrative purposes.

8. User Conduct and Disqualification

8.1 Code of Conduct. Users must act lawfully and respectfully. Harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior is strictly prohibited.

8.2 Disqualification. Any breach of these Terms, including attempts to manipulate the system, may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture.

8.3 Termination. We may suspend or terminate your access or account at any time without notice or liability. Any outstanding payment obligations will remain enforceable.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

9.1 Availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9.2 Limitation. To the extent permitted by law, PesoKing disclaims liability for any damages arising from your use of the App.

9.3 Third-party Links. Advertisements or external links provided within the App are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content.

9.4 Disclaimer. Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10. Modifications

10.1 Updates. We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance of the modified Terms.

10.2 Prize Adjustments. As previously mentioned, changes to rewards or contest structures are at the sole discretion of PesoKing.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law. These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflicts of law principles.

11.2 Arbitration. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under applicable rules.

11.3 Jurisdiction. Subject to the arbitration clause, all legal matters will be handled in the courts of the relevant jurisdiction.

12. Miscellaneous

12.1 Severability. If any provision is found invalid, the rest shall remain enforceable.

12.2 Entire Agreement. These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the full agreement between you and Dream KBC.
